Hope you had a terrific week. We had some additional rain this week. I'm not sure Joe fully appreciated it as the blessing it was since he had a dumpster delivered, so he was out in the rain loading up the remains of the old deck. We had our first frost this week and it's been a touch too cool for me to sit on the screen porch most days. I'm thinking Joe should build me a three-season room. It's been a quiet week on the farm. Sadie (our livestock guardian dog) finished up her antibiotics with no remaining adverse effects from the porcupine attack. Our White German Shepherd, Maddie, has some cuts on her nose, most likely caused by Callie, our Silver Sable German Shepherd. The goats enjoyed some leftover bananas this week, though that didn't stop them from stealing hay by hopping up on the hay stall and eating through the bars. Farmer Joe had to move it to keep them from knocking it into the water bowl. Best of all, Farmer Joe captured what he affectionately calls "The Darci Dance" on video. He's been trying to film Sadie and Darci playing together for ages. Hope you enjoy it.

It's only Wednesday and already this week has been packed. Monday night I moderated an ACFW virtual webinar. Last night I had a meeting with my new accountability group. For now we're calling ourselves The Writer Warriors, but we're not quite sold on the name, so it's subject to change. I finished my first round of self-edits on Clearing the Cowboy's Name. I haven't quite finished Midnight Masquerade yet, but I'm getting there.
